Our Story
We started as investors, the management company came second.
Advanced Realty Solutions began the way most good property managers do: as landlords who got tired of bad ones. Fifteen years later, we manage over 200 units across New Castle County, including single family homes, townhouses, multifamily, condos, and Section 8 properties, using the same standards we hold our own properties to.
We're not a call center reading from a script. Every decision we make, from a maintenance call to a lease renewal, is made by people who understand what a rental property means to its owner's bottom line, because it means the same thing to ours.
